Finance Manager

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are supporting a business based in Cheltenham needing an interim Finance Manager to join them for an initial period of eight months.

Role: Finance Manager

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 8 months, with potential of extension

Location: Cheltenham

Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office

Day rate: Up to £270 umbrella

Role summary:

• Line management of a small team
• Overseeing both the accounts payable and receivable ledgers - dealing with escalation, offering support & guidance to the team
• Sharing ideas & implementation of best practice & process improvement

Skills/Experience needed:

• Strong people management skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proven experience of implementing best practice/process improvement
• Willingness to learn
• NetSuite experience - Desirable
