Finance ManagerLocation: Worcestershire (Hybrid)Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus benefitsThe Opportunity An established consultancy with ambitious growth plans is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a growing business, providing financial leadership, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping to drive operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence and develop the finance function as the business continues to evolve.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's day-to-day financial activities
• Maintain robust financial processes and controls
• Prepare accurate management accounts and financial reports
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitor and manage cash flow across the business
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and requirements
• Provide commercial and financial insight to support business decisions
• Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the finance function

About You To be considered, you will have:

• CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW (ACA) qualification
• 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience
• At least 3 years' experience in a senior finance role
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Experience in cash flow management, financial controls and commercial decision support
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• The ability to manage a varied workload and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative and proactive approach
