Finance Manager

Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of our client within the transport sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Co. Cork.

Role:

• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP
• Develop annual budgets with operations and commercial teams.
• Analyse financial variances and propose corrective actions.
• Manage and develop the finance team.
• Support audits and maintain internal controls.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CIA, or equivalent.
• Experience in a finance management role, ideally within a transport or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
