You will be responsible for proactively partnering across the Western Europe Market Group team, providing insightful analysis, challenge and influence to drive growth in a financially balanced manner! Core Responsibilities Act as the Finance Business Partner, you will drive the financial agenda across Western Europe Handle budgeting and analytics for the B2B division in Western Europe. This includes regular and ad-hoc reporting to the Market Group leadership team Identifying risks and opportunities through detailed business performance analysis Provide financial leadership with strategic and tactical investment or savings initiatives. This includes building transparency of key P&L drivers to enable better decisions and identify potential opportunities or risks plus liaising with other Finance areas (e.g. corporate reporting) Support the broader Western Europe Finance organization, leading at least one major financial or organizational process for the team Own the weekly team meetings to improve the culture of the Finance Team in Western Europe Serve as the main contact for Finance in Western Europe within the Global Monthly Finance Network (MFN) Appropriate proficiency in Financial Planning and Analysis or relevant finance/accounting credentials Thrilled to progress and explore the realm of finance from a business-focused and forward-thinking viewpoint, such as supporting senior executives in developing business strategies Excellent at conveying messages and creating impactful content for senior leadership, with a consistent record of facilitating discussions Managing relationships: Engage in negotiations, accept constructive disagreements, maintain effective communication Proficient in prioritizing and managing projects, adept at effective coordination and handling cross-functional tasks. Play your part in our team succeeding The purpose of FP&A Finance Manager is to enable decisions based on financial implications with a comprehensive view. Ultimately direct funds to where it makes most sense (i.e., LEGO'sstrategic priorities). It is critical to accept a benefit approach within the organization and support Business Unit management in decision-making by balancing critical metrics whilemaintaining cost consciousness and financial visibility. A motivated Finance Leader with a drive for success, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills to bring solutions to both external and internal team members. Strong communication skills combined with experience of financial planning are required and market knowledge is desirable but not crucial. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. SAP and Business Objects. Demonstrated financial management and accounting proficiency. Proper understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis or applicable finance/accounting background. Ready to take next step and start Working with finance in a strategic & commercial context e.g., supporting top management in developing business plans. Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in preparing executive-level materials and leading discussions. Team member management: Negotiate, dare to take on constructive conflicts, proper communication. Strong organisational and project management skills, able to prioritise optimally and handle cross-functional deliverables. Analytical attitude, enjoying getting to the route of issues and making improvements. Proactive, anticipating team member needs at different organisational levels. Able to operate in a remote team, ensuring all are aligned towards reaching the team goals. Previous experience working with Excel, SAP, Power BI and TLG Business Warehouse (BW).
