Property & Construction Consultancy - Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team within a leading firm of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, operating in the property and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and management of aged debtor and creditor reports
• VAT calculations, submissions, and payments
• Full in-house payroll processing and compliance
• Managing and processing creditor payments (subject to Finance Director approval), including forecasting and monitoring ongoing costs such as utilities and service charges
• Preparing BTP appointments and associated fee cashflows
• Production of timely and accurate management accounts

Requirements:

• Extensive experience using Sage accounting software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated finance professional looking to play a key part in a fast-paced and reputable firm.
