Location: London (Hybrid Working)

My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join a private equity backed Construction firm in London. As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with various business units, driving financial insights, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting of forecast and actuals at month-end and year-end, liaising between business partners and the offshore accounting team. You will produce insightful and concise financial analysis and reports for key stakeholders, including the Managing Director and CFO. Your role will also involve identifying and assessing financial and non-financial risks and opportunities across the business, providing strategic insights to drive decision-making. You will develop a commercial understanding of the business, anticipating the needs of both management and operational teams, and communicating financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with proven experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis. You should possess strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. An excellent understanding of financial controls and reporting processes, with a focus on continuous improvement, is crucial.
