Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: Hybrid - Central Bristol (1 day onsite per week)

Your Role:

We're looking for an experienced and detail-driven Finance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be a trusted contact for financial and commercial matters, supporting the leadership team with insight, structure, and strategic input.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning and maintaining accurate financial records in Xero
• Reconciling bank accounts daily
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Raising, uploading, and chasing invoices (credit control)
• Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
• Overseeing payroll processes and liaising with external providers
• Managing pension contributions and monthly uploads
• Handling payment runs and staff expense claims
• Assisting with accounting journals and month-end processes
• Supporting wider teams with financial reporting and commercial queries

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar finance or finance coordination role
• Strong proficiency in Xero and Excel/Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams
• Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
