Finance Manager

Camino Search are delighted to be partnered with an investor backed technology business who are going through huge sustained growth. They have 10x revenue in the past 2 years and are looking to continue on this trajectory. They have a unique product and are looking to embark on an M&A journey.

They are now looking to bring in a new Finance Manager into the finance function to bolster and support this high growth phase. We are looking for someone with a strong technical skillset alongside an ambitious drive to grow with the business.

Key responsibilities:

• The management of the Finance team alongside the existing Finance Manager.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate production of management accounts.
• Review accounts and highlight errors to Financial Controller
• Collaborate with auditors and ensure the smooth running of group and local audits.
• Production of statutory accounts
• Help to improve and develop the finance function
• Produce the monthly board pack
• Ensure the team is collating brilliant data
• Create efficiencies in processes

Essential background:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong management accounting experience
• Prior experience in an energy business (preffered)
• Strong academic background
• Strong interpersonal skillset
