Finance Director, Global Audio Reproduction

The Focusrite Group's Audio Reproduction division is seeking a Finance Director to oversee financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting and three-year planning across global markets. The role is based in High Wycombe with a hybrid working pattern.

You will partner with sales and R&D, drive compliance, and lead a UK team of about 4 across two production sites, ensuring timely reporting and strong commercial decision support.
