This isn't a role where you'll be sat behind spreadsheets all day - you'll be at the heart of decision-making, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing the direction of the organisation.

The Role:

• Partnering with department heads to support strategic decision-making
• Leading on budgeting and forecasting processes
• Providing meaningful insights and analysis to drive performance
• Supporting project accounting across a range of innovative initiatives
• Challenging and influencing stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes

About You:

• Studying or qualified (ACCA/CIMA), or qualified by experience
• Currently in a Management Accountant or similar role and ready for that next step
• Commercially minded with the confidence to influence and challenge
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Forward-thinking with strong planning and analytical skills
