Job Description

• Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making within the organisation.
• Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts aligned with organisational goals.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost optimisation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and analysis.
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, offering guidance on financial matters.
• Support the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases for investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in variance analysis and budgeting / forecasting.
• Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficiency in the use of accounting software.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
