The Role:

Sitting at the heart of our Finance team, you'll act as a trusted advisor-bringing real-time analysis, challenge, and insight to the business. You'll support high-value contracts, helping to drive performance, manage risk, and maximise value for both ISS and our clients. This hybrid role gives you the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders, influence commercial outcomes, and build strong client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with operations and client teams to provide meaningful financial insights and decision support
• Lead on contract performance reporting, forecasting, billing, and cash management
• Drive contract optimisation, cost initiatives, and risk management strategies
• Ensure financial governance and compliance across key commercial agreements
• Support strategic projects, negotiations, and improvements across finance processes
• Be the go-to expert for finance on your portfolio-working closely with Senior Finance Business Partners, Key Account Managers, and Directors

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
• Strong commercial finance background-ideally within contract services
• Previous client-facing experience is essential
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and results-driven approach
