Group Commercial Finance Business Partner

As the Commercial Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for commercial reporting, including customer gross margin reporting, weekly Commercial Meeting finance analysis and scenario planning. You will have 2 direct
reports.

Package:

• Salary £50K-£60K
• 25 days holiday, pension, private medical

We are looking for a qualified accountant experienced in supporting commercial teams from a financial perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making
• Partner with business units to build budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Analyse sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer profitability
• Develop financial models, identify risks and opportunities
• 2 direct reports, 1 in Europe.
• Travel to European sites

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial finance, accounting, FP&A
• Qualified accountant ACCA, CIMA or similar
