The Finance Business Partner in Volunteering is responsible for providing support with the development of financial plans, analysis of financial performance, and forecasts for the Adult Volunteering area. The role aims to deliver high-quality business insights to support and influence strategic decision-making by St John's management teams. As a key member of the Financial Planning and Insight team, the successful candidate will ensure the delivery of the annual three-year budgeting process aligned with strategic operational plans. Regular stakeholder engagement will be necessary to review and challenge reported performance against plans. This role covers the Adult Volunteering segment and supports other organizational overheads.

Job Summary: The role involves supporting financial planning and analysis, delivering impactful business partnering, and driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes. The role also includes providing financial analysis for business cases and supporting strategic investments.
About You: You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in the charity sector or large organizations. You have a proven track record in finance business partnering, managing management accounting processes, and influencing stakeholders confidently. You are curious, adaptable, and skilled at building effective networks internally and externally.
