Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will have a wide range of responsibilities including:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Provide financial expertise and advice to non-finance staff.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Assist with the preparation of management reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and/or studying towards a Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
