Job Description

• Provide financial insights and guidance to the business to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
• Support the wider finance team with ad hoc financial analysis as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Present financial reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Used to dealing with and interpreting large data sets.
• Minimum 2 years PQE or strong QBE
• Commercially aware
• Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, Vlookup etc
