Job Description

• Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage financial performance against budgets.
• Advise on cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc financial tasks as required.
• Act as the main point of contact for financial queries within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

As the successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Proven experience in accounting or finance within a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ideally be working towards a finance qualification
