Summary

Our team is expanding, and we are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner in our Financial Reporting Team. We invite you to submit your application by June 11th to be considered for this exciting opportunity. Shortlisting will occur on June 12th, followed by competency-based interviews on June 18th, 2025. All candidates will be required to complete an Excel test as part of the selection process.

What you'll do

As a Finance Business Partner within Income Optimisation, you will support financial operations and strategy, focusing on service charge processes, ensuring compliance and fairness for residents. You will promote a customer-centric approach in financial practices, aligning strategies with customer needs to improve service delivery.

How you'll do it

• Drive adherence to service charge legislation.
• Manage and optimise the service charges process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide financial support and insights to facilitate decision-making.
• Participate in planning and reporting, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop reporting processes to meet evolving needs, offering analysis.
• Maintain accurate data, managing large datasets in Excel and in-house systems.

The ideal candidate

We seek passionate, enthusiastic, and talented individuals, ideally holding or working towards a CCAB recognised accounting qualification. Experience in business partnering, service charge expertise, and strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and knowledge of D365 are preferred. An understanding of service charge legislation is advantageous.
