This role involves working as a Finance Business Partner within Consumer Finance, supporting the Commercial Strategy Team led by the Consumer Strategy Director.

The team handles all future-focused workstreams impacting the Consumer P&L. The purpose of this role is to embed within this team to provide financial advice, analysis, and modeling for all commercial projects, as well as lead the Long Term planning process for Consumer Revenue.

The role requires collaborative and agile working across functions, including interaction with Heads, Directors, and senior leaders of various Commercial and Finance divisions across VM and O2.

Responsibilities include providing effective decision support through performance analysis and optimization, contract and negotiation support, financial modeling of initiatives and risks, and supporting decision-making processes. You will also handle all reporting and commentary for month-end, monthly rolls, budgets, and 3YP.

The must-haves

To be considered, you must have:

• Qualified Finance Professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Strong Excel modeling skills supported by commercial analysis experience
• Ability to build strong working relationships within Consumer and Finance teams quickly
• Clear communication, influencing, and decision-driving skills
