Department Overview

The Business Partnering team offers financial support and strategic insights to senior management, working closely with the Adviser business and Finance function.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support decision-making through financial analysis and insights, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic decisions, including market analysis, performance tracking, and forecasting.
  • Perform non-routine financial analysis, trend evaluation, and variance analysis with improvement recommendations.
  • Automate routine analysis and ensure integration within Financial Operations and Reporting.
  • Coordinate with accounting to support new initiatives with appropriate financial records and compliance.
  • Utilize new technologies to automate reporting and analysis processes.
  • Ensure analysis robustness through validated data sources and controls.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong market perspective with data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to provide balanced guidance considering business needs and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator in written and verbal formats.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Awareness of digital technologies.
  • Credibility with stakeholders through relationships and influence.
