Finance Assistant

• Rate; Up to £200 (inside IR35/via umbrella)
• Location; Bristol - Hybrid Working
• Duration; Initial 1 month

Sanderson are supporting a leading financial services brand to identify a Finance Assistant to provide short term support during a period of increased workload.

This is a hands on role that will suit someone with strong Accounts Payable experience who can quickly integrate into the team and hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices.
• Raising and managing purchase orders.
• Processing employee expenses.
• Managing and responding to queries through a shared finance inbox.
• Supporting day to day finance administration activities.
• Assisting with payroll administration and employee payment queries.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, purchase orders and expenses.
• Payroll administration experience would be highly advantageous.
• Workday experience would be particularly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
