Finance Assistant

Join our hard-working, energetic and sociable Finance team! Coapt are a Brightonian property agency, specialising in student accommodation. We guide tenants through the renting process. At the end of a tenancy, we understand a tenant's priority is to get their deposit back as quickly as possible, so we've expanded our team and are looking for conscientious and thorough individuals to help the moving out process go as smoothly as possible. With over 2500 tenants, there's a lot to do! You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Comparing documents and keeping accurate records
• Calculating and apportioning costs
• Working to strict deadlines
• Liaising with tenants and landlords

Qualifications

• Super organised with a great attention to detail
• Methodical in your approach to tasks
• A fast learner with the ability to use your initiative
• Friendly and enthusiastic

Compensation & Contract

• Full training will be provided
• Salary: £12.90 per hour + £250 end of season performance bonus
• Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm (overtime available)
• Start date: 20th July 2025
• Fixed term temporary contract
• End date: Flexible between 30th September to 31st October 2025
