Finance and Business Operations Specialist

From Temporing Barcelona we select a Finance and Business Operations Specialist for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.

Tasks:

• Preparation and consolidation of financial data to support business performance tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Ensuring accuracy and relevance of financial information to guide key stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with the Business Processes & Systems team and the CRM Manager, supporting cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving data flow, system integration, and reporting capabilities across the Consumer Health division.
• Active participation in the implementation of the CORE project (SAP-based global transformation program), supporting the roll-out activities in the Iberia region. Ensuring consistency with global processes while adapting to local requirements.
• Identification of harmonization and simplification opportunities within Business Administration Processes (BAP) and Finance workflows. Recommending improvements to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and align with global best practices.Contribution to key transformation projects, working across departments to support change management, ensure adoption of new systems and tools, and facilitate end-user training and documentation when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master's or advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, and/or Project Management roles.
• Fluent in English (B2) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of financial and controlling concepts, with hands-on experience in DataOne queries and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), with strong command of Power BI and other analytical and data visualization tools.
• Highly proactive, with a "play to win" mindset, and strong skills in prioritization, execution, and problem-solving.
• Excellent in stakeholder management and a strong team player in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
