YOUR IMPACT
As our Finance & Business Controller, you'll have a big role in how we think about and manage our numbers. You'll turn financial data into smart insights that help us grow with focus and clarity. From keeping our operations running smoothly to supporting big-picture decisions, your work will shape how we scale the business-sustainably and strategically.
WHAT YOU'LL DO?
- Take ownership of key financial operations like invoicing, payments, taxes, and legal compliance.
- Build and manage reports (P&L, cash flow, budget tracking, etc.) to give the team real visibility into how we're doing.
- Help the leadership team make smart, data-backed decisions about where we're going and how to get there.
- Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and legal advisors to keep everything aligned and compliant.
- Improve internal processes to make finance and admin tasks smoother, faster, and more reliable.
- Set up tools or dashboards to track KPIs, automate reporting, and monitor the health of the business.
- Work closely with other teams to connect financial goals with overall company priorities-and spot ways to improve efficiency or grow revenue.
WHO YOU ARE?
- You have 3-5+ years of experience in Finance, Administration, or Business Controlling-ideally in fast-paced or growing companies.
- You studied Accounting, Business, Economics, or something along those lines.
- You know your way around financial operations, tax rules, and compliance.
- You're great with Excel, Google Sheets, and tools like Power BI or similar.
- You're analytical-you enjoy turning numbers into stories and ideas.
- You're organized, hands-on, and take real ownership of your work.
- Bonus points if you've worked with metrics like gross margin, cash flow forecasts, or budget planning.
