Finance & Administration Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary initially, with a view to becoming permanent

We're looking for a Finance & Administration Coordinator to join a busy and growing organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in finance or banking who wants a varied role combining customer support, financial administration and general office duties, with the potential to secure a permanent position. This is a varied role combining customer support, financial queries and administration. You'll be responsible for managing enquiries, chasing outstanding information and documentation, updating financial records, and ensuring customers and stakeholders receive a professional service throughout their journey.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing customer and internal email enquiries relating to accounts and finance
  • Chasing outstanding information, documentation and payments
  • Updating financial records and maintaining accurate data
  • Providing administrative support to the finance and wider team
  • Liaising with customers, colleagues and external contacts on financial matters
  • Managing priorities and meeting deadlines
What you'll bring:
  • Previous experience in finance, banking or a related administrative role is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with numerical data
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
