Your new role

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices in Xero.
  • Manage queries and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Reconcile all group bank accounts on a daily basis.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the outsourced payroll provider.
  • Assist in ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing.
  • Reconcile PAYE, VAT, and CIS liabilities.
  • Assist in ensuring timely submissions and payments.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including preparation of journals, accruals, and reporting packs as required.
  • Manage the vehicle fleet, including maintenance schedules, insurance, servicing, parking permits, and penalty notices.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and services to support an effective working environment.
  • Assist in issuing employment contracts, onboarding new employees, and maintaining HR records.
  • Support Directors with administrative tasks as required.
