Finance & Accountancy Executive (Mid-Level) - Hybrid

Finance & Accountancy Executive - we are working with a well-established, global financial services provider that offers multi-asset trading solutions across international markets. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a mid-level Finance & Accountancy Executive to join their London-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with strong experience in management accounting and multi-currency operations, ideally within a fast-paced, regulated environment. A key focus of this role includes exposure to the revenue side and understanding the complexity of derivatives products that generate income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts in line with internal timelines and external standards.
• Manage multi-currency accounting, including reconciliations and FX reporting.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Support year-end audits, liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance financial controls and reporting processes.
• Generate financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to finance team projects and continuous process improvements.
• Work closely with revenue recognition processes, gaining exposure to the complexity of derivatives products and how they impact income generation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of multi-currency accounts and international finance practices.
• Demonstrable exposure to the revenue side of the business and understanding of derivatives products complexity.
• Proficiency in accounting software (eg, Sage, Xero, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
