Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to work for our client in the public sector on a temporary contract from the 15/6/2026 till 14/9/2026, this position is 35 hours per week, 5 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register in line with policies and procedures
  • Tag fixed assets and support fixed asset audit processes
  • Assist the Office Manager with uploading bank transactions
  • Perform bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
Essential Criteria
  • Experience in fixed asset accounting
  • Experience with bank transaction postings, reconciliations, and general ledger postings
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal teams
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience using the Agresso finance system
  • Accounting and tax experience
