  • Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Require the Following Qualifications:
  • Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
  • Previous experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role
  • Strong planning and organisational experience
Technical & People Skills:
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to empower teams with appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when required
  • Strong communicator across a dispersed workforce
  • IT proficient, including experience with digital dashboards
Interested? Here's What You'll Need to Succeed
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Experience managing operational performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills across dispersed or remote teams
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Confident using digital dashboards, apps, and operational tools
