As an Offshore Service Technician, you will be deployed worldwide to offshore projects where IQIP's advanced equipment is used for installation and foundation work. You will be responsible for commissioning, operating, and maintaining hydraulic and mechanical systems in harsh marine environments. In this role, you ensure reliable and safe performance of equipment on-site while supporting our clients and project teams during mission-critical operations. Perform commissioning, service, and maintenance work on offshore equipment Work closely with engineers, project teams, and clients to ensure safe and efficient execution Keep detailed records of service work and provide feedback for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards in offshore environments Technical education (MBO level 3 or 4) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field Experience in offshore or field service roles is preferred Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure in remote conditions Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET, medicals) or willingness to obtain them We design and manufacture high-quality equipment, tackling challenges through shared expertise and commitment to sustainable solutions.
