The role involves providing technical assistance to assigned KYOCERA Managed Document Services accounts within timescales specified by SLAs.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical assistance to assigned Kyocera accounts within SLA timeframes.
• Investigating and rectifying faults reported by KMDS and channel partner end users.
• Performing device installation, routine maintenance, and updates as required.
• Understanding and adhering to SLAs related to assigned accounts.
• Understanding solutions in use and conducting basic fault finding.
• Supporting colleagues during absences or busy periods.
• Logging call details promptly in the call logging system.
• Reporting recurring faults for proactive management.
• Sharing technical expertise with team members.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders within KMDS accounts.
• Maintaining stock levels at sites.
• Attending product training to maintain knowledge base.
• Adhering to Kyocera policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Aligning work conduct with Kyocera's core values and philosophy.
• Performing any other technical support tasks as directed by line management.
