Field Team Auditor - Health & Safety Technical Compliance

Contract Type: Full Time

Salary: £37,500 per year + £250 monthly bonus

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced auditors or compliance professionals for a field-based role supporting high standards in health and safety, technical quality, and regulatory compliance across UK locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Work in Progress (WIP) audits and Post-Completion (PC) assessments.
  • Support field teams with technical queries and best practice guidance.
  • Promote a culture of quality assurance, compliance, and safety.
  • Utilize the Certainty auditing app to log, report, and track findings.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent management during audit review meetings and site visits.
  • Report health and safety risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in training and upskilling technical staff as needed.
  • Manage workload, travel schedules, and audit planning.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in field-based auditing or health and safety inspections.
  • Background in technical services, utilities, construction, or engineering compliance.
  • Good understanding of UK safety regulations, site procedures, and quality standards.
  • Confidence in using auditing software and mobile reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Technical qualification or background in engineering, utilities, or installation services is highly desirable.
