The Role

Carry out installation, commissioning, planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support in TSMC.

• Understand customers' requests and report to the Field Service Team Leader.

• Work both as part of a team and independently. Be self-motivated, disciplined, and maintain a customer-sensitive approach.

• Respond to out-of-hours calls to ensure a response time of 2 hours is maintained.

What we expect of you?

Skills and experience

• Experience in field service activities is advantageous.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office software.
• Good command of both written and spoken English is preferred.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering drawings and schematic layouts is essential.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, fitting, electrical/PLC controls, and electronics is a plus.
