Field Service Engineer (m/w/d)

Installation and Commissioning

• Install new equipment or systems at customer sites
• Configure and calibrate machinery to meetperformance standards
• Perform initial tests and ensure successfulhandover to the client
  

Maintenance and Repairs

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs orreplacements
• Keep equipment running efficiently andreduce downtime

Technical Support

• Provide on-site or remote technical support tocustomers
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Train operators and end-users on equipmentuse and basic troubleshooting
  

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain service logs and complete servicereports
• Document technical issues, solutions, andparts used
• Report findings to the service or engineeringteam
  

Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the face of the company to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Explain technical issues clearly andprofessionally
  

Compliance and Safety

• Follow safety regulations and companypolicies
• Ensure equipment complies with industrystandards and local regulations
• Execute risk assessments when required
  

Travel and Scheduling

• Travel frequently to customer sites,sometimes on short notice
• Work flexible hours for urgent repairs orservice
