Proclinical is hiring for an exciting Field Service Engineer opportunity with a market leading business, providing high-quality scientific equipment, technical services and solutions to laboratories, production, and maintenance environments throughout Ireland. The principal activities are the distribution and supply of laboratory and analytical instruments.

Territory: Connacht / Midlands (Ireland)

• Install and commission laboratory equipment at customer sites
• Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and customer support
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits
• Maintain clear communication to ensure issue resolution and follow-up
• Deliver end-user training when required
• Complete service reports and calibration certificates in a timely manner
• Comply with Environmental Health and Safety regulations and company quality standards
