Field Sales Representative BOIPA

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets for new signings and growth signings set by the company.
• Identify, develop, and close sales through sustained prospecting and activity.
• Support and stimulate high value sales leads for Core Proposition sales across partner sites in the region.
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts; maintain up to date information in AIM (Sales CRM).
• Understand and sell the full product portfolio, and maintain awareness of market, industry, competitors, and internal activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., customer services) to resolve customer issues.
• Operate within published commercial and contractual guidelines and use escalation routes when necessary.
• Comply with the sales charter and all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of highly successful direct B2B sales experience focused on new business acquisition.
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts.
• Broad commercial and financial acumen and awareness of contract negotiation issues.
• Strong communication skills and influence.
• Team player capable of working with a multi national organization.

Other Requirements

• Field based role aligned to a geographical area; candidate should be reachable within one hour by car during contractual hours.
• Must hold a full clean driving licence.

Location

North Dublin and Cork.
