Field Sales Engineer - Bordeaux Area

Nordson Packaging , a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Field Sales Engineer to join our team in France - remote . Identify, target, and secure new key accounts in alignment with company objectives. Expand business with existing clients by promoting additional products and applications. Develop and execute customer-specific account strategies. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements to ensure profitability and growth. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to promote Nordson solutions. Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and support. Provide market intelligence to internal teams to guide product development and innovation. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the industrial, or technical markets Professional English and French language skills are a must have. Experience in negotiating complex contracts and long-term supply agreements Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling) regular overnight stays (weekly 1-2) About Nordson Packaging Nordson Packaging is the leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies.
