Location: Hackney, London
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (8 months)
Daily Rate: £150 - £170 per day PAYE + Holidays
Working Pattern: Full Time
Contract Length: 8 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation of potential Community Delivery partners, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
• Support the charity onboarding process by collaborating across multiple teams to implement necessary infrastructure.
• Drive operational excellence through site audits, performance monitoring, and process standardisation.
• Own safety compliance and enhance delivery partner experience metrics with actionable initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, providing responsive support and solutions.
• analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for programme enhancement.
• Develop and maintain location-specific documentation, including SOPs and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

We're looking for someone who embodies the following:

• Experience: Project, programme management, or operations with a cross-functional approach.
• Data Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and experience in using data to drive improvements.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to gather and analyse data effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels.

Top Must-Have Skills:

1. Project or programme management experience
2. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and familiarity with SQL.
3. Ability to use data and metrics for continuous improvement.
