Field Operations Manager - Community Delivery programme (FTC)
Are you ready to make a real difference in your community? Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Field Operations Manager to join their innovative Community Delivery programme. This is an exciting opportunity to empower delivery partners and positively impact those in need across the UK!
Location: Hackney, London
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (8 months)
Daily Rate: £150 - £170 per day PAYE + Holidays
Working Pattern: Full Time
Contract Length: 8 Months
Conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street train station, this role offers a vibrant working environment in one of London's most dynamic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation of potential Community Delivery partners, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Support the charity onboarding process by collaborating across multiple teams to implement necessary infrastructure.
- Drive operational excellence through site audits, performance monitoring, and process standardisation.
- Own safety compliance and enhance delivery partner experience metrics with actionable initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, providing responsive support and solutions.
- analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for programme enhancement.
- Develop and maintain location-specific documentation, including SOPs and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements:
We're looking for someone who embodies the following:
- Experience: Project, programme management, or operations with a cross-functional approach.
- Data Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and experience in using data to drive improvements.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to gather and analyse data effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
Top Must-Have Skills:
1. Project or programme management experience
2. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and familiarity with SQL.
3. Ability to use data and metrics for continuous improvement.
