To complete our teams, Lausanne Healthcare is looking for several: Field Nurse (M/F) - Activity rate between 50% - fixed, indefinite duration. Your mission involves providing advice, examinations, treatments, and nursing care, as well as basic care for quality client management. You will actively contribute to clients' home care through prevention and health promotion measures while considering individual needs with personalized care and promoting clients' autonomy. Participate in the therapeutic project of the clients within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals. Participate in development projects and working groups focused on the ongoing improvement of home care and assistance. Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with your own role allowing you to highlight your nursing expertise as an integral part of the system. Profile and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification (diploma recognized by CRS). Experience in the medical-social field and a strong interest in community health. Ability to collaborate in a network and in multidisciplinary contexts. Agility, sense of responsibility, prioritization, and professional ethics. Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
