With spring just around the corner, this is an ideal opportunity to join a leading FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) retail merchandising team in a part-time, permanent Regional Merchandiser role. If you have experience in retail merchandising, stock replenishment, or planogram compliance, this flexible field-based position could be the perfect fit.

Working with well-known household brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita and Maynards Bassetts, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality in-store merchandising standards across your local territory.

Job Details - Regional Merchandiser (Part-Time)

• Contract: Part-Time, Permanent
• Hours: 24 hours per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
• Salary: £15,238.08 per annum
• Bonus: Up to 15% quarterly bonus + other incentives
• Mileage: 34p per mile
• Territory: Includes Hatfield, Winchmore Hill, Loughton, Hoddesdon, Welwyn Garden City and all in between

Essential Requirements:

Own car and full UK driving licence (this is a field-based merchandising role)

Key Responsibilities - Retail Merchandising & FMCG Execution

Retail Merchandising & Stock Replenishment

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-presented, and compliant with brand guidelines
• Manage stock rotation, date checking, and overall shelf cleanliness

Planogram Compliance & Display Execution

• Implement planograms accurately in line with FMCG standards
• Build, maintain, and refresh eye-catching promotional and seasonal displays

Store Liaison & Relationship Building

• Work closely with store colleagues and managers to access stock and support merchandising activity

Territory & Time Management

• Travel between retail locations within your assigned territory
• Deliver consistent merchandising standards across all stores
