Field Member Support and Recruitment Specialist

The British Pest Control Association (BPCA) is seeking a field-based Membership Support role to cover during a planned absence. You'll deliver member support, drive engagement, and support recruitment and retention across the UK, with travel and overnight stays as required.

Reporting to the Head of Technical and Membership, you'll analyse trends, develop support packages, and work with colleagues to improve processes and deliver high-quality member services.
