Role Overview

Cpl are working with a technology company who is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager EMEA to join the team on a permanent basis, this role is hybrid working in Dublin City.

You will lead the delivery of regional field marketing and event programs to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and market growth across emerging regions.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across events, webinars, and digital channels to generate pipeline.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual events, including trade shows and partner activations.
• Develop customer engagement initiatives to support retention and advocacy.
• Identify and activate strategic partnerships, delivering joint campaigns and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and follow-up.
• Track performance, report on results, and optimise campaigns based on insights.

Experience Required

• 5-7+ years in marketing, ideally within B2B or tech environments.
• Proven experience in field marketing, events, and campaign execution.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Data-driven approach to performance tracking and optimisation.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across regions.
