Job Description Position: Field Marketing Manager (BENELUX Region) / Fixed Term Contract We are seeking a dynamic and highly collaborative Field Marketing Manager with experience in the BENELUX market (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is passionate about leveraging innovative strategies to elevate our marketing efforts and achieve remarkable business outcomes. Role Overview As one of the regional Field Marketing Managers, you will be instrumental in establishing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the BENELUX region. You will drive key initiatives (such as events, webinars, paid media & partner activities) working closely with other members of the NORTH marketing team (NORDICS & BENELUX), collaborating closely with our sales teams to enhance our marketing impact and drive significant growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to our in-region demand generation initiatives, with a key focus on new customer acquisition but also the expansion of our current customer base. This role reports to Director, Marketing UK&I and North and is based remotely in the Netherlands on a Fixed Term Contract. Key Responsibilities 
- Strategic Implementation: Develop, in conjunction with the Director, Marketing UK&I and North, and implement the regional marketing strategy within established budget guidelines, taking ownership of pipeline and lead generation goals for the BENELUX market. You will closely partner with sales and other marketing teams to execute coordinated activities that drive our high-growth trajectory and help the sales team exceed their bookings targets.
- Program Development: Plan and execute a diverse array of marketing programs and initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns, account-based marketing, inbound and outbound digital activities, demand generation, webinars, and content creation, with a strong emphasis on high-impact events.
- Vendor and Channel Optimization: Evaluate and optimize new vendors, marketing programs, and channels. Continuously measure performance metrics to assess value and scale efforts effectively to drive pipeline growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including regional marketing, campaign marketing, engagement marketing, digital marketing, communications/PR, and creative services, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution. Collaborate with partner marketing and strategic partners on joint go-to-market programs and events that amplify growth and regional impact
- Performance Analysis: Report on and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic direction based on data-driven results.
- Sales Engagement: Regularly present to and engage with the sales team, ensuring alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives that support sales goals.
- Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 and ideally 4-6 years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B and SaaS environments, with a proven track record of success in the BENELUX market. Experience collaborating with channel or strategic partners to execute joint demand generation programs. You will also be passionate about events - organizing and hosting in-person experiences and digital events as well as participating in 3rd party / industry trade shows, and driving engagement around our key global moments like Relate and AI Summit.
- Market Insight: In-depth understanding of the BENELUX business landscape and the software purchasing process, enabling the development of targeted marketing campaigns that effectively drive prospects to trial and conversion.
- Creative Vision: A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Proactive Attitude: A hands-on, results-oriented approach with excellent collaboration skills to facilitate holistic cross-functional execution.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical abilities to synthesize raw data into actionable plans for both new and existing marketing initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce and Tableau, to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Positive Mindset: A team-oriented, upbeat, and optimistic attitude that fosters a positive work environment.
