Field Inventory & Property Compliance Specialist

Spicerhaart is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to carry out field inspections, inventories and tenancy appointments across a multi-location portfolio. You will work independently with support from an experienced team to protect landlord assets and maintain compliant, well managed homes.

The role covers Luton, Milton Keynes, Enfield, Aylesbury and surrounding areas. A full UK driving licence is essential; you will report findings clearly and promptly.
