Field Collections Specialist - Flexible Hours, Bonuses

Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at their homes across Stoke-on-Trent, helping them find a path forward with their finances. You will provide empathy, guidance, and practical solutions during each visit.

You will work up to 40 hours per week, with flexible schedules and a requirement to hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. A 5-week induction and ongoing training support your development.
