Responsibilities include managing the good functioning of the plant, quality control of concrete according to current standards, supply of raw materials, routine maintenance and troubleshooting with the construction teams to ensure optimal flow.Job requirements: Your profile includes confirmed experience as a concrete plant operator (fixed or mobile) in Switzerland, mastery of concrete standards and safety regulations, proficiency with control systems and tools, autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility. A driving license (heavy vehicle) is required to travel to different job sites.We offer a temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract, varied missions within a recognized company, and professional support throughout your assignment.
