Hours: 22.5hrs - Mon, Tues & Fri 9am-5pm, every other Saturday 9am-12pm

Location: Principality Branch, Llanishen

Contract Type & Hours: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract; Part-Time, Permanent (35 hours and 15.5 hours respectively)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Business Development Manager based in the London & South-East England area. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with intermediary mortgage networks, supporting our growth and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our intermediary partners.
• Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with brokers to support our growth ambitions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by piloting new procedures and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the broker experience across all interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Residency within the specified postcodes in London & South East England.
• Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in high-volume sales environments.
• Experience in the intermediary mortgage market.
• Understanding of the Society's products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.

The role will be based in specific postcode areas, and a company car will be provided.
