Field Area Manager

Location: Dublin - Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Own all field operation elements for patch, engineer capacity planning and field operative utilisation.
• Ensure all field services comply with best class industry, quality, safety and brand guidelines.
• Deliver on performance management of field operations using field based metrics (KPIs) and manage the quarterly incentive plan (QIP).
• Own and manage inventory for all parts, safety equipment, tools, consumables and field assets.
• Own and manage EHS and QA relationships, set targets, conduct performance assessments, risk management and audit reviews.
• Manage the Service & Solutions skills and compliance matrix, including inductions, training, mentoring and quality assessments.
• Develop and deliver team technical, safety and performance briefings.
• Resolve all customer related complaints timely, efficiently and cost effectively, including red alerts within 1 hour of escalation.
• Embed a culture of complaint reduction across the Services and Solutions team.
• Develop, expand and operationalise new Services & Solutions products and sustainability initiatives while driving a lean and cost effective approach.
• Drive the expansion of the team's technical capabilities for new Service & Solutions products to meet growth targets.
• Embed a culture of safety, quality, diversity and inclusivity within the field operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field operations technical teams in the heating industry.
• Expert knowledge of plumbing, gas/oil and renewables industry with necessary technical qualifications and regulatory affiliations.
• Strong technical, reporting and analytical skills.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong background in training, mentoring and managing technical teams.
