FICO AMS Support

*SAP FICO AMS Support - 6 Month Contract Role - Remote (Poland)*

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has an opportunity for an SAP FICO AMS Support to join them on a post-migration S/4HANA on-premises landscape. This is a 6 Month contract role, with scope of 2 years.

This contract is to start 1st of September and will be fully remote in Poland.

Role responsibility:

This is an AMS support role focused on stabilising and supporting a post-migration SAP S/4HANA environment. You will provide L2/L3 support for SAP FI/CO processes, resolving incidents and service requests, performing root cause analysis, correcting system and process issues, and delivering small enhancements. The role involves working closely with finance users, manufacturing teams, integration teams, and the global AMS organisation to improve system stability, support Record-to-Report processes, and ensure tickets are resolved within agreed service levels.

Specific skills/experience:

• Strong SAP FICO experience
• Proven AMS support experience - L2/L3 support
• Good understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Proven background handling incidents, tickets, defects, and enhancements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment and meet SLAs
• Experience supporting S/4HANA environments
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder involement
• Root cause analysis skills
• Polish National (mandatory)
• Previous AMS or managed services experience preferred
• Available to start 1 month from offer
