Fashion Retail Host Supervisor - Lead Customer Experience

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a 16-hour contract with weekend availability. You will join our retail team in the UK and help deliver an amazing customer experience while upholding brand standards.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll lead by example, coach the team, manage stock, promotions and store visuals, and liaise on training to develop your colleagues and hit KPIs. This role emphasizes teamwork, ethical sourcing and customer care.
